Can my dog be out in the yard when you are here?
Provided the dog is not aggressive to our technician then your dog is welcome to be in the yard while we work. Our entire team loves dogs, so our tech may play with the dog for a moment and give them a treat!
Do you make sure my dogs don't get out of the yard?
Your dogs safety is our top priority! Our pet waste technicians are sure to close the gate after every service and we send a picture of the closed gate after every service. Additionally, our team members are extra cautious when entering and exiting the gate.
Do you charge extra for the first service?
Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge additional fees for the first service when you sign up for recurring pooper scooper services. We do have a 4 service minimum when signing up.
When am I charged for pet waste removal services?
We don’t require advance payments for services. We have a no hassle payment policy that automatically charges your card on file after each service is performed.
What is the cost for pooper scooper services?
Pooper scooper services start at $23.00 per week for once a week services. The cost is less if you choose more frequent services a week and slightly more expensive for less frequent services a month. The cost is also determined based on the number of dogs you have.
Can you notify me before you arrive?
Of course, we offer advance notifications by phone call, sms text message, or email. The choice is yours.
What areas of my yard are included in the service?
Our typical service includes pooper scooper services in the backyard of the property including the grass, flowerbeds, patios and other areas in the backyard. If you need to add your front yard, we offer front yard service for $9.00 per service.
What if I need to skip a service or am out of town?
If you need to skip a service due to being out of town or no dogs being on the property for that week, simply send a request using the client portal or contact us the way that is most convenient for you.
I have a lock on my gate, how can I give you access to the yard?
If your gate has a combination lock on it, you can send us the combination and we will add that to the notes for your technician. We also provide free combination locks upon request. Just contact our customer support team and they will make sure to have one installed on your next service date.
What if there is bad weather?
We work in most weather situations including rain, however if there is lightning in the area or conditions are too dangerous for our team members to work we will notify you concerning the delay and when we intend to service the property.
